Artwork Guidelines

These guidelines describe how artwork is usually prepared for label printing. If you do not have finished artwork, you can still submit a request and describe your idea instead.

File formats

Print-ready vector or high-resolution files are preferred, for example:

• PDF
• SVG
• AI

Please confirm the accepted format for your project before submission.

Size and bleed

Artwork should be set up at the finished label dimensions. Bleed and safe-margin requirements vary by project and die layout, so please confirm the required bleed before submission.

Colour

Confirm the colour reference you are working to (for example CMYK or a specific spot reference) before submission. Exact colour expectations should be agreed as part of the project details.

Fonts

Please outline or embed fonts, so the file does not depend on fonts installed locally. Please confirm this requirement before submission.

Images

Any placed images should be high resolution at the final print size. Resolution requirements should be confirmed before submission.
