Welcome to Well We Print. By accessing our website (wellweprint.com), requesting a quotation, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Custom Quotations & Specifications

All quotes provided via our website or email are based on the specifications provided (label type, dimensions, materials, finishes, and quantities). A quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Production begins only upon client approval of the digital proof and confirmation of payment terms.

2. Artwork & Digital Proof Approval

• Proof Approval: Before production, we provide a digital PDF/image proof showing dimensions, bleed, cutlines, and colors. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify all text, spelling, barcodes, and layout details.
• Print Authorization: Once written or digital approval is received from the client, production will proceed based on the approved proof. Well We Print is not liable for errors present in the customer-approved artwork.
• Intellectual Property: The client warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to reproduce all artwork, trademarks, and logos supplied.

3. Color Accuracy & Tolerances

We utilize calibrated digital and flexographic CMYK printing. While we strive for exact color matching, slight variations between on-screen RGB displays and printed CMYK substrates may occur. If critical Pantone spot-color matching is required, please notify us during the quote phase.

4. Turnaround & Production Time

Standard production turnaround is typically 3 to 7 business days following digital proof approval. Turnaround times are estimates and do not include transit time during international shipping.

5. Payment Terms

Custom manufactured orders require payment confirmation prior to scheduling production. We accept standard international payment methods including bank transfer, PayPal, and approved commercial gateways.
