Freeze-Proof & Cold-Chain Adhesion (2°C–8°C / -20°C)
Standard room-temperature adhesive is the number one cause of label failure on peptide vials. At low temperature the adhesive turns glassy, loses tack, and the label pops off the curved glass wall — often while the vial is still inside the freezer box.
Engineered for Freeze / Thaw Cycling
Our cold-chain adhesive keeps a high initial tack at low temperature and stays permanently flexible, so it bonds firmly the moment it touches the vial and never embrittles. The construction is validated for refrigerated storage at 2°C–8°C and frozen storage at -20°C, including repeated transitions between the two.
Condensation & Moisture Resistant
Pulling a vial out of the fridge creates instant condensation. Because the face stock is synthetic film rather than paper, the label does not wrinkle, cockle or disintegrate — and the print does not run.

Vial labelling is unforgiving — a millimetre too tall and the label collides with the crimp or the rubber stopper. These are the die sizes we produce most often. Custom dimensions are welcome at no extra tooling cost.

Sizing tip: always leave 2–3mm clearance below the crimp and above the base radius. On wrap labels we recommend a 3mm self-overlap; our pre-press team sizes and proofs this for you automatically.

Hot Gold Foil Stamping
Genuine metallic foil stamped into the label surface gives a true mirror-gold reflection that metallic ink cannot match. On film stock foil stays sharp on hairline type and micro-logos, so your brand mark reads as laboratory-grade luxury. Silver, rose gold, copper and holographic foils are also available.
Tamper-Evident Construction
We can build a tamper-evident label that spans the vial body and the cap, or a security seal positioned under the crimp. When the vial is opened, the label destructs cleanly and visibly, proving the product has not been interfered with. This is the preferred option for high-value peptide and cosmetic vials.
Matte and Gloss Print
Matte soft-touch film hides fingerprints and reads clinical and understated. Gloss maximises colour saturation and wipe-down durability. Both can be combined with foil on the same label.

Will the labels stay on in a -20°C freezer?
Yes. Our cryo-rated adhesive and synthetic film are specified for continuous frozen storage at -20°C and for repeated freeze / thaw cycling, with no edge lift or fall-off.
Do you support variable data such as batch numbers and QR codes?
Yes. We print sequential batch and lot numbers, expiry dates, CAS numbers and scannable QR or Data Matrix codes, either in-line or as individually printed variable data.
Can I get a tamper-evident seal?
Yes. We produce tamper-evident vial labels and cap seals that destruct visibly on opening. Tell us your vial and cap dimensions and we will spec it.
Can you match a specific PMS or brand colour?
Yes. We match Pantone and CMYK references, and gold foil is available in several gold tones so you can align the foil to your brand.
